Flooded pavement meaning people need to walk on the A-road

Recurring issue - heavy rain completely floods a ~20 metre section of pavement. Only option for pedestrians is to walk onto the A-road. Seriously dangerous, especially for those in wheelchairs / with young kids.

Flooding again. It will keep happening every time it rains reasonably hard until you fix it properly.
