Traffic light facing wrong drirection

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3549300.

The traffic light is facing the wrong direction for over a week now. Holloway road near the corner of Alexander road. A lady almost got hit by a car and it isn't safe for anyone.
