Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3553185.
No bus arrival information is being displayed on the countdown unit for more than a week now. Stop 16831 ... ID 3051 .... LAN IP xxx xxx xxx 200 ... Error message 'Sim not installed' .... Sometimes the monitor is blank.
