Good day, I hope this email finds you well.
I wonder if you can help us check and unblock the sewage on the side street next to our building.
This blocked sewage causing problems in our building.
There is water coming out from the walls in the basement where our electric meter is attached.
Our basement used to be dry but the problem started when we noticed that this sewage was stagnant (blocked).
We are concerned about the consequences this may cause, electrocution or a total power shut down in our building.
I hope that this is the right email that I addressed this issue.
