Several lamp posts missing

Dear Sir/Madam, I contacted you in 2020 and 2021 about the lack of light on the Croydon flyover. A number of lamp posts have been taken down and not replaced. I cycle over the flyover twice a day and in winter it is so dark that it is impossible to spot the large number of pot holes that develop in the winter season. Even with bike lights I have had many near misses that could throw me from my bike into the traffic. One of your representatives said they would investigate why they had been taken down and not replaced but I never actually got a response. The flyover is a dual carriageway and cars travel at speed over it. It should be lite properly so everyone can feel safe and not worried about being hit by a car that doesn't see you or by being thrown off your bike due to an obstruction or pot hole. Please could someone find out what's going on. Regards, Alex Slight
