NO ENTRY signage vandalised / Wands missing
Reported via desktop in the Worn out road markings category anonymously at 09:03, Thu 2 June 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3567884.
The signage that supposed to prevent drivers from entering Mandrake, Fircroft, Noyna, Dafforne, & Foulser roads is in a poor state. Some have been rotated so they can't be seen by drivers. They ALL could do with moving closer to the road ( A24 ) so that drivers can see them BEFORE they initiate a turn. Also - they are often ignored by drivers who have worked-out that they are not enforced by camera or police. A huge income could be made by TFL if they issued fines for illegal turns across CS7. Also, some of the wands on CS7 are missing, meaning cycling on CS7 isn't as safe as it should be. The one pictured here is now gone - perhaps removed by local business' who don't like CS7! That particular wand helps prevent illegal turns into Mandrake rd, but it's missing. Please could you help?
