Countdown unit not working again. Only works intermittently and the problem remains

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3568559.
Resubmitting complaint that bus countdown monitor is not working intermittently. Sometimes it shows (a) Stop 16831 / ID3051 / Lan IP xxx xxx xxx 200 / Sim not installed (b) Live information not available refer bus schedule or www.tfl (c) blank monitor (d) will work but for a short time or longer time only. Today 02 June 2022, it was working in the morning until 07:55 then went blank again on 08:00 until this afternoon. Please investigate why the bus countdown monitor is not working intermittently. Said bus stop 16831 is Victoria Road; Feltham Station / Victoria Road. H. towards Bedfont, Staines or Sunbury.
