Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3575139.
Overgrown branches and leaves are blocking all the sun light coming into the garden. My Disable daughter uses the garden for sun soaking but with time the branches and leaves have overgrown and blocking the sunlight. My daughter is a wheelchair user and has other medical requirements which restricts her from being away from home. During the day we need to turn on the lights in our living room as with time the light coming into the living room is getting reduced due to the trees. As you know cost of energy has risen and we need to utilize the sunlight much as possible.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This will now be investigated by our team and we will aim to update on progress within 10 days. If the issue you have reported is an emergency, we will aim to update you on progress within 24 hours

I would like to bring to your attention the overgrown trees that have literally taken over our natural light. As you can see from the pictures we have actually have 5 big trees in front of our building and that blocks 90% of the light, the branches are now touching the wall of building and nearly coming into my balcony. Due to all the trees the front our house which is the kitchen and living room is dark even in the summer. The kitchen is the darkest during summer and winter so we have to always have our lights on during the day, and now with the energy prices that's hitting the roof we can't afford to do this. We shouldn't even have to have the lights on during the day anyway. And because of the trees we cannot grow most plants because they need the sun. In the winter its very depressing because from morning till evening we are sitting darkness.
