Roadside hedging up-rooted

A vehicle has apparently come off the inside lane of the southbound carriageway of the A3 between numbers 98 and 102 Beverley Way and uprooted a section of the barrier hedging protecting the service road. Some plants may be rescuable but some are clearly pulled from the ground. This occurred on Saturday night
