Traffic lights not timed correctly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3577717.

Temp traffic lights are not aligned to traffic flow, while little traffic is coming out of London, the lights were holding back heavy traffic coming into London. Lights need to be managed better to avoid congestion and fumes.

  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. You will be pleased to know that we have been in contact with the contractors to adjust the temporary traffic lights, we are aware that the emergency works has now moved onto the carriageway to complete the works.
