The subway has rough surface and is dangerous
Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 17:16, Wednesday 8 June 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3581599.
The subway under A1 from Hartley Ave to University College London Observatory bus stop has a number of issues, the mirrors at the corners have been graffiti-ed and now the view is obscured which is a hazard as people may be lurking in the shadows. There is also lots of litter and a foul smell. It is not a nice environment to walk through, and there is a cracked area of pavement in the middle of the tunnel
