Countdown not working

Sent to TfL 3 days, 15 hours, 4 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS3584856.

The countdown has not been working for months. Was told that you were waiting for parts but that's was months ago. This should be fixed by now. The bus stop is at an important location and people need this information. Please get this fixed ASAP.
