Lights not sensing traffic

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3585083.
Two days running I've been sat at red light for so long I've eventually had to 'jump' them as they are not sensing neither myself on a motorbike nor, this morning, a queue of cars.
This is travelling Westbound from Bexley Village.
