Traffic light in all directions seem to not be working properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3589896.

Traffic light in all directions seem to not be working properly. I walked over to Waitrose around 11am on Sunday 12 June and realised this. I thought the problem would be solved so came home (right near the traffic lights), but cars have been honking since. It's 4:45pm now but cars are still honking because the lights aren't changing. Please fix asap.
