Urgent trimming of vegetation
Reported via mobile in the Low hanging branches category anonymously at 17:29, Tue 14 June 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3596663.
The bushes are covering more than 50% of the public footpath and require urgently cutting back. This has been an issue since November 2021 and I have reported it several times but nothing has been done.

Do you have an update on this please? It is blocking double prams and people in wheelchairs from using the pavement.

Obstructing a public right of way is a criminal offence as per the Public rights of way: landowner responsibilities Act. You must make sure vegetation does not encroach onto the route from the sides or above. Please confirm what you will be doing to rectify this and when.

It has been 14 days since I submitted this after you closed my previous call. The issue has still not been dealt with. When will you be cutting back the bushes please?
