A normal journey of less than 15 minutes now takes more than an hour!

  • The traffic lights appear to have been rephased . I travel out from hammersmith towards richmond at circa 16.30 The queue back from this junction has added circa 45 minutes to my journey The air pollution resulting from the traffic jam I now sit in must be significant Why have the lights been rephased , and if so , is the person responsible aware of the problems created ? If the lights are faulty , please deal with this as a matter off urgency
