Member of public reports that the pedestrian lights do not turn on.
Pedestrians wait for the lights to turn green for them to walk, however the lights do not change. This causes people to walk when it is not safe.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a non-urgent fault at these traffic lights. We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.
