Pedestrian/Cycle Lane Signal pointing down Lampton Road, Great West Road-

Reported via desktop in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 15:04, Wednesday 15 June 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3599000.

The Pedsetrian/Cycle Lane Signal has been hit, so that it now points south down Lampton Road. This means it shows red to the traffic travelling north bound, when the lights for the traffic are actually green. It has been like this a couple of months and causes drivers to suddenly stop because they think they have mistakenly set off, when they suddenly see a red light. I have seen two near misses, but last night I nearly hit someone who mistakenly stoppped suddenly and the car behind me nearly hit me - in fact he took it upon himself to then have an altercation with me, even though it was the person in front of me who had actually caused the near miss - so I thought I should report it.
