The Gulley on the Road that our premises front on to is Blocked

We have had a local Drain Specialist out and they have sid the drain is bloked in the Road, we have had Thames water out and they tell us that our surface water drain goes into the road Gully and that is Blocked. Everytime it rains our Yard Floods.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
