All Lights by Vauxhall Junction Out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3600980.

All the traffic lights/pedestrian crossing lights are out on the Vauxhall Junction - both from across the bridge and on to Albert Embankment.

It's very dangerous as cars are just entering junctions and pedestrians have no way to cross safely.
