Drain cover recessed below road surface
Reported via desktop in the Drain Cover - Missing or Damaged category anonymously at 13:29, Thursday 16 June 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3601417.
There is a road drain by the pedestrian crossing immediately outside no. 138 whose cover is substantially lower than the road surface. When large vehicles drive over it, our entire building shakes heavily, which has caused cracks to develop.

Has any progress been made on this issue? The problem doesn't seem to have got any better, and there doesn't seem to be a way to get through to the Streetcare team on the phone number given above.
