Pothole at manhole cover on eastbound carriageway by foot crossing outside Blythe Hill Tavern
There have been multiple attempts to fix this but every time the surrounding tarmac comes loose again into a pothole and again has happened with a flow of water from the manhole cover covering the road ahead of it.
For avoidance of doubt it is this manhole cover:

Long term fix not repeated bodges is required.
