A13 trunk road

Hi,I am emailing you today regarding the A13 eastbound from canning town flyover,as residents of Ravenscroft road our gardens back on to the A13,in would like to ask why not crash barrier was installed to protect pedestrians on a 50mph road,we have had several car accidentso where cars have mounted the footpath and came through the wall,in and other residents are very worried about this,and would either like a barrier or even better a 30mph speed limit from canning town flyover to Prince Regents Lane, as I say you can still see where cars have mounted the footpath at speed and gonear though the wall, Also the slip road at Newbarn Street the pedestrian crossing has been totally wiped out countless times, a reduced speed limit would solve these problems, I hope you can help.
