Faulty Speed Camera / Traffic lights

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3622332.

The Speed Camera keeps continually flashing for no apparent reason when cars move. Please can you investigate this and report this to the police and Highways authorities so they do not fine the motorists.
