Traffic light issue

Detail: We live on the junction between Blomfield Road and Maida Vale. Ever since the traffic lights on the junction got recalibrated two weeks ago, what used to be a quiet residential street in Little Venice has been transformed into a cacophony of honking cars. The timings of the new traffic lights is completely off - it leaves less than 10 secs of "green light" for the cars on Blomfield Road which creates massive queues of honking cars. Its a disaster, its unsafe and frankly unpleasant. Our kids get woken up and we cant sleep or enjoy a quiet afternoon at our home anymore. It used to not be like this and has to change. Please fix it ASAP. Thanks
