Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3629077.

Approached traffic light at approximately 2325 and waited 9 minutes for the traffic light to turn green. Tried to call TFL to report as concerned that this was a slip road from the A406 and was concerned about possible collisions - 'unforseen circumstances' reported on call and therefore unable to get through and report as an emergency.
