TFL, Global or council don't own the grounds.

They have said that TFL does - can you please remove the graffiti and rubbish?

Asset Operations to find out who owns the grounds in question so this can be referred to the correct company/department. MF

Please don't ask me to call and create more admin work. Be proactive, and let's solve it.
