Cycle lane traffic lights on red

The cycle lane traffic lights have been uncovered, but sensors not working and are permanently on red. Needs fixing asap
A fault has been raised to the relevant contractor to attend ASAP and re-bag the cycle lights as it seems they have been removed by someone, has not been done at TLS's request. MF
