Countdown not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3633133.
Bus stop N 4906 Hyde Park Corner Station. No information on countdown.

Due to the road closures, the bus service of route 22 cannot take me to Oxford Circus. The only bus stop to drop off is Hyde Park Corner. I get on to the bus in Knightsbridge at about 0945. It here is no notice and information about the road closure. I pay a full fare but there is only one stop short journey.
I am seeking for a refund of this payment.
