Drain blocked on Tanner Street outside 134 and 132

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 17:27, Wednesday 29 June 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3634317.

The drain appears to have been blocked, or otherwise not functioning, since installation as part of the major works at this junction. Therefore, the road, cycleway, pavement, and adjacent buildings are not protected from flash flooding. In addition to the safety concern regarding flooding, there is either an open path to a sewer through the drain or the stagnate water has started to putrefy as there is a very strong smell of sewage. All adjacent residents and business owners would appreciate that this safety concerns is addressed quickly.
