Traffic signal facing wrong direction

A traffic light in the centre of Regent Street at the junction with Hanover Street is facing in the wrong direction. The filter right turn signal which should be pointing to the north has been knocked to point to the west. This means that cyclists on Hanover Street start cycling east at the same time as traffic heading South on Regent Street starts turning to the west.

On Wednesday 29 June I nearly collided with a bus when I cycled out of Hanover Street on a green light. I see another cyclist nearly had a collision two days earlier and reported this traffic light on Monday as having a phasing problem. I am concerned that your engineers who checked the lights on Monday didn't spot this fault. Did they visit the site and look at the lights? It looks like you need to improve your inspection practice.
