Pedestrian light does not turn gree

Hello there,

The ‘wait’ button lights up but after 10 minutes the pedestrian light had not turned green, it was stuck on red.

  • Serious health and safety issue to pedestrians as green light does not come on. Road is very busy, used by children and it needs immediate attention
