Countdown timer on pedestrian crossing not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3648182.

Countdown timer not working on pedestrian crossing at junction between Aldwych and Kingsway. Timer is on north eastern side of junction in front of 61 Kingsway, facing across Aldwych (south). All other timers come on but this one does not.
