All regulatory "box" signs are out onsite

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3648903.

All regulatory signs are not working onsite. These should be on a lamp monitor and the controller should have raised this fault.

Perhaps the attending technician should relearn the lamp monitor with them on so they self report next time?
