The wait button does not work
Reported via mobile in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 00:11, Tue 5 July 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3648909.
Please investigate further as it is shocking how this isn’t taken seriously. The wait button when pressed does not work meaning it takes more than 5 minutes to cross a road. When it does go red on its own randomly it stops after one second. People are crossing the main road on their own because it does not stop . Please don’t say there’s no faults and go and actually check !!! Take it seriously as many people are complaining.
