Reported via mobile in the Roadworks category by Sally Smyth at 18:13, Wed 6 July 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3656078.
Roadworks taking place between 21:00 and 23:55 on a weekday night in a very highly built up residential area which involves bout of drilling up to 23:30 which was extremely loud and prevented sleep. I cannot imagine that this would ever be done on a residential street but because we live on a main road it is seen as acceptable? I was told it was for a pothole but they seemed to take the whole width of the road up? Why?
