The timing is all wrong

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3662347.

The timings only let a couple of cars through at once. Long tailbacks on Great Western Road towards Harrow Road, starting all the way back from Westbourne Park Station. The lights are the ones at the four exit junction towards Kilburn.
