Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category by Vincent Kurutza at 12:33, Sun 10 July 2022
Sent to TfL 4 months, 3 weeks, 1 day, 3 hours, 3 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS3664318.
G.Network did works on the pavement in frlnt of 10 Banister Road the week ending July 1 2022. They have chipped/cracked upwards of 15 stones.
They are refusing to take liability or fix this issue.
The pavement is now dangerous to use right outside my building door.
Please help.

Many thanks.
The council had attended few months ago and fixed some issues and I know the ones from last week are new.
I'm happy to show the build manager stone by stone what's been damaged. It's very obvious and bad.
Also odd graffiti on the stones which was not there before these works.
Please do have them contact me.

Hello G Network :
The week of July 27- July 1 your team was pulling up the paving stones in front of my building to lay fibre.
· When you replaced these, you damaged many many stones, chipping, breaking and cracking
· These are now a hazard to pedestrians and this area is well traveled due to the Moberly Sports Centre.
· As you damaged these stones it's not fair that Brent Council taxes are used to repair/replace them. This cost/effort/action should be with your company. They all need to be replaced and made as before.
· I have attached some examples, but I think if you did a site visit and met with me I could best show you the extensiveness of the damage.
· In addition, the area was left very sandy and unclean, which means all this tracks into my building. So after the repairs please wash the area as well, the caretaker can provide you a water source and power.
Also why is there paint on on so many stones? That was not there before.
Please contact me directly and we can arrange a meeting:
