Temporary lights not working

Good Evening ,
I visited Westfield White City this evening at 17:44 and left 19:24 however I’m not sure what car park I was in so I hope you can check on your system.
I got extremely lost and confused on exit , I left the car park and seemed to be in a bus only arena but following the arrows , I then thought I was ok but there were temporary traffic light with a sign stating 3 way control and only one side of the road open however the lights were not working and I did not want to drive on the incorrect side of the road for myself therefore went left however again which was ok however I then saw only buses driving through and am concerned if this was buses only. I was mainly concerned to be driving on the wrong side of the road. I then ended up going into another one of your car parks to come out the exit.
I wanted to let you know I was not trying to drive in a bus only area or the wrong lane but I did not want to drive on the wrong side of the road so I hope you are able to check this and I hope all is ok. Please accept my apologies if i have entered the wrong zone.
