Sent to TfL less than a minute later.
TfL ref: FMS3678360.
I see that this was reported in January 2021 and December 2019. I reported it to the TFL by email on 9th May and 9th June 2022 - this is a long overdue fault and I have not had any acknowledgement of my report. This is what I wrote although the person who reported it in January 2021 did a better job. 'Recently we have been through the lights near the Airman pub at Feltham ( TW13 5AX) a few times. We are travelling towards the pub from Hampton direction. At the set of light at the junction with Browells Lane, there are 'shutters' on the amber and green lights. I think they may be angled incorrectly as you cannot see them and so you can't see the lights changing. You find yourself at the lights and they are red with no warning. We now know to approach very slowly but perhaps they should be adjusted. '
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This will now be investigated by our team and we will aim to update on progress within 10 days. If the issue you have reported is an emergency, we will aim to update you on progress within 24 hours
