Drain cover noise
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3682198.
Hi I reported a loose drain cover to Bromley council about one month ago. They informed me that this is the responsibility of London transport road care. The cover was tarmac over but the noise has now once again become apparent. It’s very noisey when transport drives over it. Can you please do something about the? Many thanks

Please refer to problem above. The issue was rectified but there is still noise when traffic drives over drain cover.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. We appreciate this. This has now been investigated and we’ve reported this to our contractors. If the area of the drain cover is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days. Hi I reported a drain cover which is still creating noise at the top of London lane. The noise is still continuing and I would like an update which I reported quite a while ago
