Tree planted outside my house has caused garden wall to become unstable

Reported via desktop in the Damage - general (Trees) category anonymously at 08:47, Mon 18 July 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3683350.

I had noticed for some time now that my gate was not closing properly but assumed it was an issue with the gate. However on proper inspection it seems that the wall is collapsing. The strange thing is that TFL planted a tree outside of my gate directly opposite the wall in question (please see attachments) The wall is now leaning at an acute angle and can be rocked by hand, so I am concerned that it could topple over. I can clearly remember as the tree was growing that the paving slabs surrounding the tree starting shifting as I lost my footing many times because of the uneven surface and slabs sticking up. The response to this was that the area surrounding the tree was covered in tarmac to provide a more suitable even surface. I contacted TFL on 3rd of August 2020 at 12:08 – FMS2228416 to log my initial complaint. I called again on Monday 11th and was given ref number 151266872. Unfortunately the analyst was unable to confirm what was going on or when I could expect to get a response from TFL. I reviewed my case on Tuesday 11th and noted that the state was changed to Fixed. What has been fixed no one has been in contact with me and no one can explain what fixed means
