Branches/hedge extremely overgrown

The hedge/branches are so overgrown that there is risk to injury as it’s taking up the pavement space and walking with kids is especially risky as having to walk through can injure head/eyes - there is not enough space to walk through the branches/leaves are sticking out from the side and above and it’s a hazard
