Why is this bus stop STILL not in operation?

A previously given resolution date of 12th July has passed, and there is no indication of any progress being made. Bus stop has been put out of use because the building behind it has been designated 'unsafe' due to a tile falling off during the storms earlier in the year. Please update ASAP.
