Sound / beep alert not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3691695.

Around midday today, there was no audible beep/sound alert to indicate when to cross. This is hazardous for visually impaired people who rely on the sound to know when it is safe to cross. Please investigate and fix asap.
