I received an email on 8 June and your system says "fixed". However it is NOT FIXED. Previous" Earls Court Rd/ Cromwell Rd/ pedestrian crossing. Fibre cable trench dug then covered with bitumen. However stone work was not returned, rather bitumen on it. Should it not be returned to its previous condition? Castle is probably the contractor, but G Networks is also digging up Earls Court Rd"

If this defect is confirmed as a safety issue this will be made safe within two hours. If a permanent repair is required, we will aim to carry it out within 28 days.
