Confusing signs - no guidance given to get to homes / staff rude : no information as to how long it is lasting for. When is it ending - make it easier residents. Ridiculous 6 Mile deter to get to My home. Who is paying for the extra petrol!?

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. You will be pleased to know that our routine inspections had already picked up this issue and it has been resolved. We have been advise that access for residents will be available and anyone who needs to get access will be led through safely by onsite operatives. A letter drop was provided for all residents, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused while the works are taking place.
