Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3710453.

First of all when man are working on road then that traffic lights of this picture and red light take so long about 20 minute waiting and I see lots of bus, car, trunk and other vehicles cannot move and lots traffic because that traffic light red won't turn to green so long about 20 minutes waiting.

Also same thing other traffic light that red man won't turn to green man that people are waiting cross road.

I don't understand why that traffic lights of this picture always take so long and 20 minutes waiting in everywhere.
