Partial road closure

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3711179.

Half of road closed with temporary lights causing long traffic queues in both directions for absolutely no reason as work finished there at 5pm last night and since then gallons of fuel has been wasted by queuing traffic and untold amounts of exhaust fumes pumped into the atmosphere ( so much for Khan's ULEZ policy). When the road was initially closed it was not to accommodate the works but to provide parking spaces for the workers vans.
