Shelter including seat has come loose.
Reported via mobile in the Damage - seating in shelter category anonymously at 04:10, Thu 28 July 2022
Sent to TfL 20 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS3712306.
When a light wind blows or something drives past at a steady speed the entire shelter rocks in the ground - this includes when you are sitting on the red bench which is part of the shelter. There are three parts to the bench as it’s a long shelter and they all seem to gradually be tipping or at different heights as it’s loose. I think this is a result of the accident a couple of months ago where the bus stop sign pole became damaged, not sure if the shelter was hit or it could be the movement in the pavement since the hoarding was put up at the edge of the pavement for the new housing.
This is the stop opposite Aldi and B&M, Kidbrooke Park Road for the 178 towards Woolwich and the 335 towards North Greenwich. It doesn’t have a letter back on the pole top yet still since the previous accident reported to provide for this report.
Thank you for fixing the lighting recently though at the same stop, it’s a very bright white bulb which makes it feel much safer to wait at the stop now.
